When using Duduquiz, you agree to:

• Play fairly and honestly without using cheats, bots, or automation tools

• Not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Not manipulate matchmaking, rankings, or leaderboards
• Not use any third-party software that modifies or interferes with the Service
• Respect the AI-generated content and not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract quiz databases

Violation of fair play rules may result in account suspension, score resets, or permanent bans.

4. User Conduct

Our platform includes real-time voice and audio chat features. You agree to:

• Treat all players with respect and courtesy
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Not use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language
• Not share personal information of yourself or others
• Not spam, advertise, or promote external services
• Not impersonate other users, celebrities, or DDT FZCO representatives
• Not share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or obscene

We reserve the right to monitor, record, and review voice communications to ensure compliance with these Terms. Inappropriate behavior may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Menaquiz and Duduquiz, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software
• Quiz questions and AI-generated content
• Design, layout, and compilation of the Service
• Trademarks, service marks, and trade names

are the exclusive property of DDT FZCO or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. DDT FZCO makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• The quality of voice chat or matchmaking services
• Security of data transmission or storage
